29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: At O'Charleys Restaurant, Opelika, Alabama: On or about July 10, 2018 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees working from an aerial lift was wearing a fully body harness attached to the basket exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 16 feet to the ground below.
