29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.     a) Avalon Ave & 30th St., Avalon, NJ:  On or about July 10, 2018, three Solution 3 Contractor Inc.  employees were conducting roofing work on a 3 story single family residence under construction.  The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet to the ground below.
