29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:  At the jobsite located at 10701 Shawnee Mission Pkwy. Shawnee, KS 66203: Employee(s) engaged in roofing activities from a flat roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet from the edge of the working level to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.  29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1) requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
