29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading:      a) Shipping/Receiving Dock: On or about 4/19/2018, wheel chocks were not in place to prevent movement of a third party tractor trailer while it was unloaded.       NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICAITON, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFFR 1903.19.
