29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):  Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports:      On or about July 9, 2018, at an apartment complex construction site located at 14302 Mezzaluna Ave in Oklahoma City, OK, employees were allowed to work from a scaffold that was not fully planked, exposing the employees to the hazard of falls.      Shelton and Shelton Masonry L.L.C. was previously cited under the name Shelton Masonry, Inc. for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1283030, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 12, 2018, with a final abatement date of February 6, 2018, with respect to a workplace hazard located at 4525 E. 91st Street in Tulsa, OK 74137.

Shelton and Shelton Masonry L.L.C. was previously cited under the name Shelton Masonry, Inc. for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1283030, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on February 12, 2018, with a final abatement date of February 6, 2018, with respect to a workplace hazard located at 4525 E. 91st Street in Tulsa, OK 74137.
