29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  On or about July 11,2018 at the worksite located at E. 35 S. Main St in Helen Georgia.  a) Employees applying stucco/plastering materials to a new commercial structure, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet when, the employer failed to ensure that each employee in the aerial lift basket was attached to the basket or boom attachment points.
