29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    a) On or about November 5, 2018 the employer did not ensure that an employee working from elevation used adequate fall protection.      b) On or about November 5, 2018 the employer did not ensure that an employee working from elevation used or was provided fall protection.      This condition exposed employees to fall hazards above 6 feet.    Enriquez Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1343577, citation number 01, item number 003A, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/09/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3268 Zaragoza Rd., El Paso, TX 79938.
