29 CFR 1926.502(e)(1): Positioning device systems were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 2 feet (0.9 m):  On or about July 11, 2018, employees performing roofing activities were exposed to a fall hazard greater than nine feet and positioning systems were not used in a manner to keep employees from falling more than 2-feet.
