29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a- 405 Route 72, Manahawkin NJ:  Company employees were exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift without the use of the required fall protection.  At the time of the exposure both employees were not wearing the required fall protection.   Condition observed on or about 07/16/18.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
