29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area:  a.) Windsor Beach Technologies, Inc. - On or about July 12, 2018, and times prior thereto: employees worked with or around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, coolants, lubricants, and carbon monoxide, during routine production operations. The employer did not provide employees with information and training on the physical and health hazards of the hazardous substances to which they may be exposed.
