29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1): Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of Abrasive Wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section:  a) Worksite, 474 Dune Rd, Westhampton Dunes, NY 11978 - An employee was using a MAKITA portable angle grinder Model #9557NB / Serial #2220045 without a guard; on or about 07/11/2018.  Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
