29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or provided an alternative fall protection measure under another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a) Hickory Arms Apartment, 100 Buhl Farm Road in Hermitage, PA.  On or about July 18, 2018, employees performing roofing activities, including removing of old roofing materials and installing a new roof, were not protected from fall 20 feet to the ground.
