29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless they have been specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about July 17, 2018, at 108 Ave L, Marathon , FL, 33050 , an employee performing framing work while working from a job made platform that was being supported by the forks of a rough terrain lift truck. The lift truck was not designed by the manufacturer for use with a personnel platform exposing the employee to a 5-ft fall hazard.
