29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets, personal fall arrest system or warning line system and safety monitoring system:    Chinle Nursing Home - Two employees were observed working on a low slope roof (2/12 pitch) without fall protection exposing themselves to fall hazards ranging from 8-20 feet.
