29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.                                                                                                          The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with performing residential construction activity while exposed to falls 6 feet or greater.  The most recent occurrence of this was observed on July 24th, 2018 at an existing residential home located at 20914 Ash St. Gretna, NE where the employers management representative operating in a controlling and correcting capacity; observed and failed to act on their subcontractors 3 employees installing roof shingles without adequate fall protection, while exposed to fall hazards.
