29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about July 19, 2018 at the worksite located at 5984 Lights Ferry Road in Flowery Branch, Georgia.  a) Employees working on a 2 in 12 porch roof,  installing house wrap material were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet, when the employer failed to ensure that the employees had proper fall protection measures in place.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(5)(i): Non-self-supporting ladder(s) were not used at an angle such that the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder was approximately one-quarter of the working length of the ladder.  On or about July 19, 2018 at the worksite located at 5984 Lights Ferry Road in Flowery Branch, Georgia:  a) An employee for the company was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while installing house wrapping material on a ladder that was set up at a 45 degree angle, which is more that the prescribed one-quarter of the working length of the ladder.
