29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  3867 S Eckert Rd., Boise, ID 83712, on July 19, 2018; sub-contractor employees exposed to fall hazards were not wearing any fall protection while framing a roof.  Employees were working at the ridge line measuring 23'5" and the leading edge measuring 18'11" from the ground surface below.
