29 CFR 1926.652(b)(3)(iii): Tabulated data, identifying the registered professional engineer who approved the data, was not maintained at the jobsite during construction of the protective system.  After that time, that data was not made available to the Secretary when requested.     On or about July 25, 2018, at the corner of Cherokee Street and Benjamin Street New Orleans, LA, the employer allowed employees to access a 5' 4" deep trench that had non traditional means of shoring and could not present documentation that approved this method by a certifying engineer.
