29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:     a) Residential property at 351 Cedarcroft Ave, in Audubon, NJ, 08106, at the side of the home (southwest): Employees were exposed to fall hazards when they performed vinyl siding installation from a pump-jack scaffold without the use of midrails and an endstop at a height of approximately 14 feet, which occurred and was observed on or about 7/26/18.     NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
