29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):  A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:                                                                                                       The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 13th & Saunders, Hastings, Nebraska 68901 on or about July 26, 2018. The employer did not ensure that an employee who was working from an aerial lift doing cable repair wore a harness and a lanyard.
