On or about July 24, 2018, on the west side of the building an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while standing on the mid-rail of the basket applying caulk to an exterior window.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift.   On or about July 24, 2018, on the west side of the building where employees were exposed to fall hazards while caulking an exterior window of the building without a lanyard attached to the boom or basket.
