29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:     a.  On or about July 25th, 2018, at 1140 Seabreeze Blvd Fort Lauderdale FL 33316, an employee was exposed to an 15-feet fall hazard while working from an aerial lift without using fall protection.  The employee was in the process of power washing prior to painting and was being transported to the ground.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     a.  On or about July 25th, 2018, at 1140 Seabreeze Blvd Fort Lauderdale FL 33316, an employee was not protected from an approximate 15-feet fall hazard. An employee was located on top of a canopy of a hotel in the process of power washing prior to painting.
