29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) On or about July 19, 2018, and at times prior, the employer that a hazard communication program was available for employees potentially required to use hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to SuperClean Degreaser which is used to clean the aircraft's windshield and contains sodium hydroxide which may cause skin and eye irritation. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v): (a) On or about July 19, 2018, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that secondary chemical containers such as plastic spray bottles that contained chemicals such as but not limited to SuperClean Degreaser which is used to clean the aircraft's windshield and contains sodium hydroxide which may cause skin and eye irritation, were properly labeled with a hazard warning. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
