29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold shall be protected by a personal fall arrest system.    a) Site: On or about June 24, 2018, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, a personal fall arrest system was not provided to them while installing siding on a house 15ft above ground.
