This was most recently documented at the job site located at 5202 Woodlane Dr., Papillion, Nebraska on or about July 31st, 2018 when the employer had employees working on the roof of this residence without any form of protective system.  Workers were observed installing shingles on a residential style construction site (house) without utilizing fall protection.  The workers were exposed to falls of over 22 feet to the ground below.
