29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) 1309 Commonwealth Blvd., Sea Isle City, NJ: On or about 8/3/2018 DH Construction LLC employees were conducting re-roofing activities on the steep sloped roof of a large 3 story residential structure.  The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet.
