On or about August 7, 2018 during the installation of roofing material at the job site located at 9710 Strausser St NW, Canal Fulton, Ohio 44614; the employer did not ensure employees working on the roof of a residential roof were protected from possible danger of eye injury from impact, or from flying objects from the employees installing roofing material

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about August 7, 2018, during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 9710 Strausser St NW, Canal Fulton, Ohio 44614; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a single family home were protected from a fall of approximately 9.2 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.
