29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     1) On or about 08/07/2018, at the site of 187-16 Cambridge Road, Jamaica Estate, NY    Employees installing a pitch roof frame with the ratio of 6 in 12 were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 25 ft. to the ground below.     ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

Jamaica Estate, NY      Employee placing an A-frame ladder in the second floor of the house for gain access to the roof. Employee was using the top and top step of the ladder as a step to descend to the second floor.      ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
