29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:    On or about August 2, 2018 and times prior thereto, employees were required to work around uncapped rebar in the following instances:    a) in the northeast corner of the site where employees were installing pvc pipes and underground wiring, and  b) near the indoor facility around a plank employees would use to enter the jobsite.    This condition exposed employees to impalement hazards.
