29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and cables were used in a manner prohibited by items A through F of this section: a) Press #16 in production area of Engineered Plastics LLC in Lake City, PA. On or about August 9, 2018, extension cords were used in lieu of permanent wiring to supply power to and outlet, attached to a worktable next to the press. The flexible cord for the worktable ran through an opening of the press to the opposite side to where it was plugged into a fixed outlet.
