29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:    (a)  NORTHWEST CORNER, WEST SIDE - Employee(s) were cleaning up roofing materials, and the employee(s) were exposed to a 14 foot section where the warning line system had been removed, which thereby exposed the employee(s) to a 13 foot fall hazard, on or about August 9, 2018.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
