29 CFR 1926.503(c)(1):  The employer did not retrain affected employees:    a)  Lloyd Companies, LLC dba Lloyd Construction at 6201 South Minnesota Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD  57103:  On or about and at times prior to August 8, 2018, the controlling employer did not ensure subcontractor employees were protected from injury in that six roofing subcontractor employees were loading roofing material on the roof while exposed to a fall hazard over 6 feet.
