29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(C): Disposal of all regulated waste was not in accordance with applicable regulations of the United States, a State, a Territory, or a political subdivision of a State or Territory:  a) Back porch/smoking area; on August 10, 2018 and times prior the employer exposed employees to blood borne pathogen hazards due to the storage of full Sharps Containers on top of old washer/dryer on the back porch of the facility. In Alabama, Medical Waste is regulated under ADEM Admin. Code r. 335-17-x-.xx. The storage of untreated Medical waste regulation is ADEM Admin. Code r. 335-17-4-.01.
