29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I):   Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage:    On or about July 16, 2018, at the hangar - building 5020, the employer allowed employees to utilize a flexible cord to be used as temporary wiring that ran down the stairway, through the doorway to an outlet on the third floor.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i):  Employees walking/working surfaces were not protected from falling through holes (skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes:  On or about July 16, 2018, on the roof of hangar - Building 5020, the employer allowed employees to walk/work around skylights without adequate fall protection while performing roofing work on the building at a height of approximately 67 feet five (5) inches.

This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6-feet.
