29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:  a) 205 Government Street Mobile, Al (Roof Work Area - 3rd Floor):  On or about April 10, 2018, and at times prior; the controlling employer Sycamore Construction, Inc. failed to ensure that their employee(s) and the employee(s) of the subcontractor Teague Construction Systems, Inc. were using fall protection while performing roofing activities exposing employee(s) to fall hazards of approximately thirty (30) feet to the concrete or ground below.
