29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder.  a) Rear of Building, 77 East Main Street, Newark, Delaware - On or about 15 AUG 2018, the employer erected an aluminum type extension in an active parking lot without the use of a barricade to prevent automobiles from displacing the ladder while in use.  Employees were exposed to falls of approximately twenty-five (25) feet as a result.
