Locust St., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking underneath suspended loads and areas in which the employees could strike their heads or be struck by falling objects.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  Worksite located at 7001 N. Locust St., Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was observed hammering and using the hammer to remove trim boards and was not wearing any means of eye protection.
