Sheriac Cir. Bldg. #301-304 Wichita, KS 67209: Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from an 4:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet from the eave of the garage port roof to the ground below in that the ladder used to access the roof was not extended at least 3 feet above the eave and was not secured to the structure.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.
