29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level:  a) At the site, on August 14, 2018, the employer did not ensure an employee who was setting trusses for the roof of a residential home being framed was protected from falls through the proper use of a personal fall arrest system in that the rope intended to prevent the employee from impacting the ground was not set in such a way as to prevent the employee from contacting the lower level.
