Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR 1926.852(g): Chutes shall be designed and constructed of such strength as to eliminate failure due to impact of materials or debris loaded therein.    24 Park Street, Springfield, MA: On or about August 15, 2018 employees were engaged in demolition debris removal by means of an abandoned elevator shaft which was not fully enclosed and had an old and non-operational freight elevator it which was not designed and constructed to eliminate failure due to impact of debris loaded there on.       Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).

Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
