29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At a construction worksite located at 217 POINTE LN, Raymore, Missouri. Employees were performing framing operations ,on a residential roof at an elevated height of approximately 11-12 without any means of fall protection by way of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): E  Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, is not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  At a construction worksite located at 217 POINTE LN, Raymore, Missouri. Employees were performing framing operations next to wall openings that were more than 6 feet (1.8 m)  above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening was less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, without any means of fall protection by way of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
