29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):   A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part shall was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  On 8/20/2018, an employee of Plasti-Lite Signs was repairing signs in front of a building located at 10462 St. Charles Rock Road in St. Ann, MO.  An employee was working on the sign while working from a truck mounted aerial/bucket lift, Model ETA37SH.  The employee was not wearing a personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that was attached to the boom or basket while working from the aerial lift.
