29 CFR 1910.140(c)(21): (21) The employer's personal fall protection system did not provide for prompt rescue of each employee in the event of a fall.    A)  Within the trailer yard at 155 Smith Street in Keasbey NJ; personal fall protection for truck drivers walking / working atop 13 ft high tanker trailers is through use of body harness connected via snap-hook to retractable lifeline anchored to overhead pole.  Working alone inspecting / securing vents atop their assigned trailer, outside the regular business hours of the yard, exposes drivers to hazard of trauma from prolonged suspension within a harness due to the unavailability of another person to promptly rescue them.    Condition(s) were noted on or about 8/20/2018.

A) Within the yard located at 155 Smith Street, Keasbey, NJ: Each of the employee(s) exposed to fall hazard(s) while accessing overhead vents on container tank trailers were not properly trained in accordance with the employers fall protection policy.   Occurred on or about 08/20/18
