A) Employee(s) worked within an excavation of 11 ft depth at the rear of a commercial property at 151 Route 31 in Flemington NJ, exposed to cave-in hazard due to benching of side wall(s) at a 3/4 to 1 (53 deg.) slope;  steeper than allowed for soil Type C in Appendix B.    Condition(s) were noted on or about August 20, 2018.
