29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:    Jobsite located at Walmart, 220 Salem Turnpike, Norwich, Connecticut, Men's Restroom, Front of Store:  On, or about, July 24, 2018, two apprentice electricians were installing new recessed light cans and needed to move a section of armored cable for the existing 277 volt circuit for the fluorescent light bars provided over the sinks.  One of the employees was shocked when he attempted to move the live cable.  Adequate training was not provided to employees regarding locking out of circuits and properly inspecting/insulating cables before handling.
