29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  On or about August 23, 2018, at Dowty's Machine Works, Inc., the employer failed to implement a written Hazard Communication Program to protect employees who were exposed to various chemicals in the workplace, including but not limited to, CM-15 Chemical Mastic and ZEP Twister, which contains hazardous ingredients such as epoxy resin, xylene, and heavy aromatics.
