Bayley St. Wichita, KS 67207: Employees engaged in ground hand activities below overhead residential re-roofing work were exposed to struck-by hazards in that head protection was not provided and used.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems:  At the jobsite located at 9601 E. Bayley St. Wichita, KS 67207: Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 10:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet 6 inches from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.  29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1) requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is completed.
