No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route:  a) Used Tires Section:  The exit door was blocked with tires and boxes, exposing employees to various hazards, such as entrapment during a fire, as observed on or about August 27, 2018.  b) Bay #1:  The exit door was blocked with equipment, exposing employees to various hazards, such as entrapment during a fire, as observed on or about August 27, 2018.  c) Bay #4:  The exit door was blocked from outside by 55 gallon drums and bushes , exposing employees to various hazards, such as entrapment during a fire, as observed on or about August 27, 2018.

The electrical equipment was not readily accessible potentially resulting in hazardous conditions, such as a fire, as observed on or about August 27, 2018.
