29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with performing residential construction activity while exposed to falls 6 feet or greater. The most recent occurrence of this was observed on August 28, 2018 at the existing residential home located at 19817 Ash St. Gretna, NE where the employer has employees exposed to fall hazards while attaching the shingles on a new roof of an existing residential home with roof pitches exceed 4:12 and the ground to eve fall height is approximately 10 feet.
