Employees exposed to flammable Silver Seal 300 Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating were not wearing protective eyewear, gloves or skin protection when using the product.  Employees were observed wearing shorts and one employee was not wearing a shirt.  2.  Employees working at elevation were not wearing any form of fall protection.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a pitched roof with an edge ten feet from the paved drive below.
